Message from the CEO

Thank you for visiting the Total Solution Co., Ltd. website. I am Mamoru Tahara, Representative Director & CEO.

We founded the company in February 2020 and are based in Kamata, Tokyo. With the spread of cloud services and generative AI, businesses now have more IT options than ever before. At the same time, I feel the challenges they face have only grown more complex: “Which technology should we choose?” “Why won't our systems connect properly?” “We introduced a new tool, so why aren't we getting the most out of it?”

Our name, Total Solution, reflects our wish to look beyond individual systems and technologies—to see your business and IT as a whole, and to propose the solution you truly need. It is also why we work across six areas—cloud, data integration, ERP, BI, AI and open-systems development: a single challenge often spans several of them.

We are a small company. That is exactly why we can take the time to listen closely to each client and respond with quick decisions and attentive support. We are candid about what we can and cannot do, and we follow through on every commitment with integrity. We believe that is how lasting trust is built.
